Speak for the Trees: An Earth Day Celebration!

Come one, come all, both big and small!
Join us at the farm where the green things grow tall.

We’ll read the Lorax with words that delight,
And watch the movie that’s quite a sight!

There will be crafts and activities galore,
For young Whos and old Whos, and maybe some more!

Mark your calendars, don’t miss the fun,
A Seussian Earth Day for everyone!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Horse Drawn Wagon Rides – 11 am – 3 pm ($10/person, kids 2 and under free)

Grow your own Truffula Tree – 11 am – 3 pm ($5/tree, air dry clay, sheep wool, mini clay pot, paint craft)

Storytime with the Once-ler: 11:15 am, 12:15 pm, 1:45 pm, 2:45 pm

Guided Tree Identification Walk with the Once-ler: 11:45 am, 12:45 pm, 2:15 pm

Guided Apiary Tours with the Monadnock Beekeepers Association: 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm

Self-Guided Story Walk Trail and Tree ID Trail

Other Activities: Sack Racing, Lorax Coloring Pages, Recycling/Compost Games, Corh-Hole, Visit our 50 Lambs in the Sheep Barn, Say Hello to our goats, Self-Guided Story Walk Trail and Tree ID Trail – 11 am – 3 pm

Pizza, Real Maple Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Soda & Lemonade, and Farm Store – 11 am – 3 pm (prices vary by item)

We encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle!!!

Cash and CC accepted (cash will get you through the snack lines faster!)
