Farm Fare Application
Applications are due by October 15th We do anticipate selling out of booths quickly.
Vendors are limited to local food producers, artisans, and farmers. We do not admit vendors who are direct sales consultants for companies – all vendors must be local. Please do not send in payment until we have confirmed your booth location and send you an invoice. Vendors will be required to pay the invoice within 5 business days, or their spot will be forfeited. Please refer to the Booth Fees on the back of this form to indicate your booth preferences. Do to increasing rates of transmission in our community, we will require all indoor vendors and shoppers to be masked regardless of vaccination status.
1. Please note, we reserve the right to select vendors for this event and their location. As a result, we may not be able to accommodate all vendors requesting a space but will try our best.
2. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
3. We ask vendors to help promote the event by sharing our postcards and posting on Facebook and Instagram.
4. You must provide your own table that is the appropriate size for the booth you selected. If you book a 6-foot space, please do not bring a 7-foot table, it takes away from other vendor space. We can provide chairs upon request.
5. Vendors must set up their booths between noon and 4:00 pm on Friday and must agree to not take down their booths until after 3 pm on Saturday after the event closes.
