Community Events: Vendor Application
Vendors are limited to regional businesses. We do not admit vendors who are direct sales consultants for companies – all vendors must be local/regional.
1. Please note, we reserve the right to select vendors for this event. As a result, we may not be able to accommodate all vendors requesting a space but will try our best.
2. We ask vendors to help promote the event by sharing our postcards and posting on Facebook and Instagram.
3. You must provide your own table, chair, tent, extension cords and any other display items.
4. Vendors must be completely set up with their booths 45 minutes before the start of the event. No early breakdown will be allowed unless previously agreed to with Stonewall Farm staff. All vendor booths must be broken cleared out within 2 hours of the close of event.
