With a background in the legal field, Clara brings a strong foundation in compliance and organizational management to her role as Operations Manager at Stonewall Farm. She oversees a wide range of responsibilities including office administration, human resources, procurement, vendor and contract management, real estate, governance, and financial operations support. Clara also manages the maintenance and upkeep of the farm’s buildings and grounds, ensuring everything from janitorial services to preventative maintenance and inspections are handled efficiently and cost-effectively.

Her attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence help keep the farm running smoothly. When she’s not coordinating behind the scenes, Clara enjoys spending time with the animals—one of her favorite parts of being at the farm.
